Early check in and excellent service. Functional twin room, extremely comfy beds. Good breakfast at London prices and good and absolutely perfect location.

Quite dirty area.

Spent 1 night here with my kids, had a very good stay overall. Truly enjoyed staying at the guest room with wifi. The most important was the staff - best and highly efficient people. The location offered 

Clean place, exceptional service, extremely friendly and excellent staff. Great pool area, large breakfast with more options for cereal and London prices, for example. Guest room with a view of the planes landing.  

The staff was very helpful and exceptionally polite and we would come here again. Came here for 1 night with our kids, had a very good stay. The service was very good, the food was amazing.

The breakfast was very very good, we would come here again. Stayed here for 1 night with our kids, had a real good stay. The setting was ideal, close enough to the city centre, Hatton Cross tube station and bus

Make sure to get guest room with beautifully clean bathroom, good quality bed, as example.

This venue needs improvement.

Travelled with my kids, spent 1 night here and had a very good stay. Truly enjoyed the way my queen room with wifi was arranged. I were greeted by best, highly efficient staff. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to Local to Airport and 

Extremely convenient and truly exceptional hotel with exceptionally polite staff from The Management through to Housekeeping Staff, liked our staying. The location was unbeatable - near to metro, heathrow---17 stops, and terminal 4 and 5. Furthermore, right across the street

Everybody was extremely friendly and excellent. We had good-sized and functional rooms with an electric kettle and refrigerators.

the location great and favourable directly across the street from the underground station. fine bed, luxurious bathroom and central heating, pay television and a safe box in the room.
